Prescriptions and certificates are issued during a consultation only. To renew chronic medication you need to come in for a consultation. The doctor will then provide you with enough prescriptions, taking your underlying medical condition into account.
As a rule, no prescriptions are issued for family members. Medical certificates also require a prior examination.
In exceptional cases the doctor will speak to you by phone during consultation hours. We do urge you to keep the call short: neither doctor nor patient likes being interrupted during a consultation. Diagnoses cannot of course be made this way.
Blood results and imaging results are discussed during a consultation.

Our receptionist is available every weekday between 8am and 1pm. We remain reachable by phone until 6pm.
On weekdays from 6pm, at weekends and on public holidays the out-of-hours service is reachable on 014 22 22 00.

Consultations are by appointment only. To guarantee the best possible medical care and to avoid long waiting times, we recommend raising one problem per consultation.
