Prescriptions and certificates are only issued during a consultation. That includes renewing chronic medication. The doctor will give you enough prescriptions for your situation.
As a rule, we do not issue prescriptions for family members. A medical certificate always requires an examination first.
The doctor only takes phone calls during consultations in exceptional cases. Please keep the call short: the patient in the room would rather not be interrupted. A diagnosis cannot be made over the phone.
Blood results and imaging results (X-rays, scans) are discussed during a consultation.

Reception is open every weekday from 8.00 to 13.00. We remain reachable by phone until 18.00.
On weekdays from 18.00, at weekends and on public holidays the out-of-hours service is reachable on 014 22 22 00.

Your GP keeps all your medical data in one file, the GMD. With a GMD you pay around 30% less out of pocket at your GP. The GMD renews automatically each year when you come in for a consultation.
